Service Availability
EaseUse is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Planned maintenance, third-party outages, infrastructure issues, or customer-specific configuration problems may affect availability from time to time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaseUse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amounts paid for the applicable service period that gave rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law or agreed in writing.
